Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience working with Loan Management Software (LMS) and 5 years of experience managing or supporting integrations with payment processors. A strong understanding of technical concepts like APIs, sFTP, and data mapping is essential, along with demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, comfort in cross-departmental collaboration, and strong organizational skills are required. Willingness to travel up to 50% is also necessary. Prior experience in payments or fintech, or a background as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, is preferred.
The Integration Partner Success Manager will drive growth and strengthen relationships within the network of integrated billing system partners, focusing on supporting existing partners and maximizing mutual value. Key duties include conducting regular check-in calls and annual business reviews with partners, attending partner-sponsored tradeshows, and identifying opportunities for integration expansion. The role involves tracking and managing inbound client referrals, maintaining accurate records of partner referral bonuses, and responding to inquiries regarding partner revenue share. Responsibilities also include supporting the Customer Success team when partners are unresponsive, acting as a liaison, tracking client pipeline migrations, and coordinating smooth transitions. The manager will serve as an internal subject matter expert on assigned integrated partner platforms, educate partners on PayNearMe features, and update/maintain integration-specific partner sales and marketing content, including presentations, marketing assets, and updating the internal Partner Wiki.
