Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role. A BSc. or Masters in the Life Sciences or relevant experience in science knowledge translation is required. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Experience with Customer Success metrics such as retention, expansion, and CSQL’s is necessary, and experience in hosting virtual webinars, workshops, or other events is a plus.
The Customer Success Manager will proactively reach out to clients and decision makers to establish long-term relationships and position themselves as a trusted partner. They will deliver value to drive user engagement, encourage subscription renewals, and identify revenue growth opportunities. Responsibilities include providing personalized training to clients, acting as a product expert, connecting with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, and cultivating customer advocates for product feedback and marketing activities.
