Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations, Program/Project Management, or Business Operations within technology or enterprise SaaS organizations. A strong understanding of GTM processes and the lead-to-cash lifecycle is essential, along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, data interpretation, and CRM systems like Salesforce is required. Experience with AI integration into work processes and familiarity with Hyperscaler cloud ecosystems are considered advantageous. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager will support the execution of strategic GTM programs focused on Hyperscaler pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales execution. Key duties include preparing and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and analysis to track program progress and outcomes. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met. Responsibilities also include assisting in the development of program materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications, maintaining program trackers, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams for smooth operational execution. The manager will also identify opportunities for workflow streamlining and efficiency improvements.
