Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Expertise in co-sell programs, enterprise sales, and working with cloud procurement processes is essential. Strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication skills are required. Experience in the developer ecosystem, particularly with open source or infrastructure platforms, is a strong plus. Preferred experience includes working at or with AWS, Azure, or GCP in partnership roles, a background in database technologies or developer platforms, and experience in high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Partnerships Manager will manage go-to-market relationships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud partner teams to drive revenue through cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs. This role involves leading joint go-to-market initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns and webinars, collaborating with Sales teams on enterprise deals, and managing partner enablement. The manager will track partnership performance, represent Supabase at industry events, and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture teams to accelerate customer acquisition and position Supabase within the cloud-native ecosystem.
