Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company and/or investment banking. Proficiency in Excel for building financial models is essential, along with strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience analyzing SaaS metrics are required, as are excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. SQL experience is a plus, and familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment is also beneficial.
The Senior Financial Analyst will develop robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis, aiming to improve forecast accuracy and explain variances. They will collaborate with senior leadership to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support, delivering actionable insights to inform key decisions. Responsibilities include providing data-driven insights to optimize Go-to-Market organization performance, streamlining processes, and preparing materials for board meetings and investor relations. The role also involves creating and monitoring KPIs to measure performance against financial objectives.
