A strong understanding of channel GTM motions and their operational components is required, along with excellent project management and analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a results-oriented focus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is necessary, and experience at a top-tier management consulting firm is a strong plus.
The Senior Global Channel Strategy & Operations Manager will define, build, and manage the strategy and operational infrastructure for key partner motions, including Co-Sell, Reseller/VAR, Distribution, and Service Delivery. This role involves developing and implementing foundational program components like partner incentives, tiering, specializations, and rules of engagement to proactively manage channel conflict. Responsibilities include engaging directly with channel partners to gather feedback and drive program adoption, overseeing and improving operational processes for the entire partner lifecycle, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success to align channel programs with go-to-market objectives. The manager will also liaise with global and regional leadership, assist in the rollout of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, and develop and manage reporting on key channel performance metrics to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
