Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a similar position, with demonstrated experience and consulting skills in HR Generalist functions. Strong analytical and project management skills are required, along with comfort in understanding and analyzing HR metrics. Knowledge of California HR and Labor laws is essential, as is demonstrated agility and adaptability to navigate change. A continuous learning mindset is expected, and a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Experience in financial services/insurance and/or a call center environment, along with proficiency in organizational development and team effectiveness, are considered a plus. Responsibilities

The HR Field Manager will manage day-to-day Human Resource functions, including employee relations, performance management, leadership development, training, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee engagement. This role involves consulting with employees and leaders to develop HR solutions, overseeing recruitment strategies, and providing coaching on performance management. The manager will offer HR, communications, and change management support, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities also include tracking HR metrics, streamlining HR operations, managing HR projects, and ensuring a positive employee experience by investigating concerns and providing support.
