A background in contributing to internal communications plans, managing content pipelines and calendars, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and bringing structure and clarity to communications across the business is also required.

Responsibilities

The Employee Experience Communications Manager will develop, own, and execute internal communications strategies to support company priorities, employee engagement programs, and organizational change initiatives. This role involves contributing to creative storytelling and digital video and media projects, including video scripts, creative assets, and video production. They will partner across the business to draft and edit content for various formats such as email, Slack, company-wide programming, Town Hall talk tracks, presentation decks, and video messaging. The manager will also own and manage the internal editorial calendar, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, and partner with senior leaders to develop messaging and support internal visibility around key initiatives. Additionally, they will support the planning and execution of internal events and campaigns, develop global storytelling initiatives, and own the internal communications measurement program by developing dashboards, tracking performance, and using data to inform improvements. Building and maintaining scalable communications toolkits, templates, and intake processes are also key responsibilities.
