Candidates must have 5 years of experience managing SaaS in the automotive industry and proven account management experience in Fixed Ops. They need to demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, and have experience delivering client-focused solutions. Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, the ability to rent cars, take domestic flights, and incur/document travel expenses are required. The position requires 80% travel and the ability to visit clients in-store daily, Monday through Friday.
The Field Client Consultant will drive client engagement and growth within their assigned book of business, acting as the primary point of contact and escalating issues as needed. They will build strong client relationships, develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities include conducting training, communicating product knowledge, forecasting and tracking key account metrics, identifying and growing opportunities, and assisting with high-severity client requests. The role also involves accurately tracking and submitting expenses, maintaining client visit schedules according to SLAs, and meeting or exceeding client retention, additional product, product usage, and client satisfaction goals.
