Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full cycle of employment processes
  • Serve as first line of support to employees for HR administration and day-to-day activities
  • Respond to general HR inquiries, including employment, benefits, and leave programs
  • Coordinate and support recruitment with Talent Acquisition team, as needed
  • Work closely with site leadership on talent management priorities such as organization structure, onboarding, and career development
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in coordination of termination and off-boarding procedures
  • Generate payroll for local site
  • Facilitate performance review process, providing guidance, tools, and training for managers and employees
  • Support managers and employees with performance management processes including mentoring, performance development plans, and corrective action, advancing complex issues as needed
  • Support the development of effective local HR policies, practices, and guidelines
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on a variety of HR issues, offering strategic counsel
  • Partner with employees and management in presenting and implementing policies, practices, business procedures, and guidelines for compliance
  • Advise managers and employees on organizational matters
