Responsibilities

Support the execution of global compliance and privacy initiatives by identifying risks, contributing to solutions, and driving meaningful business impact
Contribute to global healthcare compliance and data privacy programs, including risk assessments and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance practices and foster a culture of integrity across the organization
Promote alignment between business objectives and compliance to support responsible delivery and sustainable growth
Support privacy-related activities such as PIAs, incident response, and data subject requests, while expanding expertise across the broader compliance landscape
Assist in developing and delivering training, policies, and procedures, gaining deeper subject-matter knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship
