Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide communications focused on employee technology, information security, and compliance programming
  • Support regional employee communications related to leadership and real estate changes, and response to local crises
  • Manage internal communications programs, inclusive of developing the content, as well as planning the sequencing and timing for its release
  • Create ideas and stories to inspire Procore’s employees, reinforcing how our individuals support Procore’s business priorities and strategies
  • Creatively use different communication formats such as live events, videos, emails to most effectively engage with employees
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies using AI and analytics, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Stay informed about industry trends, AI adoption and technology developments to provide strategic communication advice
