Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for employees on HR policies, benefits, and leave programs
  • Support managers and employees through performance management, coaching, and corrective action; escalate complex issues
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist with termination and off-boarding procedures
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientations and serving as main point of contact for new hires
  • Generate payroll for the Resource Center and assigned sites
  • Facilitate performance review process with guidance, tools, and training
  • Support compensation processes, including annual planning, job benchmarking, and routine payroll processing
  • Administer employee leave of absence activities in partnership with Absence Management Vendor
  • Manage communications with employees on leave and their supervisors
  • Conduct Open Enrollment Meetings and other benefit communication sessions
  • Provide counsel to team leaders and staff on organizational policies and US federal/state regulations
  • Assist in gathering and preparing HR data for analysis and reporting
  • Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports for insurance purposes
  • Maintain local Standard Operating Procedures (inferred from context)
