The Regional Human Resource Manager must be located in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. This role requires strategic business partnership, advocacy for team members, change leadership, and a focus on building engaged, high-quality teams. Experience in managing Team Member Relations, Talent Acquisition, Team Member Development, and Team Member Performance is essential. The position requires a proactive approach to supporting company values and ethical conduct, ensuring a union-free environment through positive team member relations practices.
The Regional Human Resource Manager will oversee recruiting, staffing, interviewing, and selection processes for exempt and non-exempt positions, partnering with leaders and recruiters to focus efforts in needed markets and participating in recruiting events. They will ensure compliance with all selection processes, facilitate relocation programs, and monitor onboarding. This role involves assessing regional needs for management development, supporting performance management, and assessing training needs. The manager will ensure inclusion and promote diversity in staffing, oversee team member relations issues and investigations including corrective action and succession planning, and investigate potential legal matters. They will advise on goal setting and performance reviews, manage talent review processes, and partner in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, the manager will partner with leaders on organizational design and lead change management initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and programs such as postings, orientation, retention, and exit interviews.
