Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with prior professional sales experience and territory management skills. They must be highly organized with strong follow-up skills, demonstrate a full understanding of the sales process, and possess strong customer relationship skills. Furthermore, candidates must be located within the assigned territory and be able to meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
The Maintenance Care Retention Specialist will manage assigned portfolios to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals, assist dealers in maximizing program financial opportunities through customized action plans, drive service advisor effectiveness via coaching and training, collaborate with dealer stakeholders to determine product screens and pricing, develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers, manage activity tracking in Salesforce, and maintain knowledge of industry trends to support continuous improvement.
