Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals for all products.
- Assist dealers in maximizing program financial opportunities through customized action plans.
- Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies via coaching and training to maximize business opportunities across all products.
- Collaborate with Service Managers, Parts Managers, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screens, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
- Manage all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and share best practices across the team and dealership network to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Prior professional sales experience with territory management skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Full understanding of all aspects of the sales process (business planning, training, retail selling, inventory) and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Must be located within the assigned territory.
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top level.
Physical Job Requirements
- Standing for long periods.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting.
- Extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts (up to 80%).
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the requirements of Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
