Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a retail or field-based environment. The candidate should reside in or near the Midwest Region and be willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

The Director – HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, leading and developing a team of HR Managers to drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development. This role involves championing the Career Growth Model, leading change initiatives, developing communication strategies, and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration. Responsibilities also include supporting engagement action plans, coaching leaders on teammate relations, partnering across HR functions, ensuring consistent HR practice execution, supporting legal compliance, and utilizing HR analytics to inform people strategies and build capability within the HR team and field leadership.
