Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Partner will design and govern security across Workday and integrated HR platforms, perform threat modeling, conduct secure integration reviews, and execute security assessments. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, and GDPR, guiding platform teams in agile, secure delivery and governance, and partnering with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT to ensure policy alignment. The role also involves responding to and managing incidents, supporting audits, and ensuring business continuity.
