Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles is essential. Experience with organizational design, performance management systems, and compensation strategies is highly desirable.
The HR Lead will be responsible for driving HR strategy and developing people initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace, overseeing the HR team, managing employee relations and engagement, overseeing performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing compensation and benefits, and implementing training and development programs. They will also support organizational change initiatives and utilize HR data to inform decision-making and track organizational trends.
