Requirements

Responsibilities

The People Operations Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and support tickets, assist with employee onboarding workflows and paperwork, and support talent acquisition by reviewing applications and conducting initial candidate screen calls. They will also maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, assist with benefits administration, coordinate employee engagement activities, and prepare HR communications. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support for HR invoicing and calendar management, contributing to compliance with labor laws, and assisting in the enhancement of HR processes.
