As the in-house HR expert for Switzerland, the HR Experience Specialist will handle all complex people-related matters pertaining to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel, including onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits. They will provide a high-level of support to EOR employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, and offer administrative support such as report generation, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration, while also providing a high-touch local experience when needed and assisting the product and operations team in creating scalable systems.
