Position Overview

Deel is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as our in-house HR expert for Switzerland. This role will focus on managing the entire Employee of Record (EOR) employee lifecycle, providing high-level support to our EOR employees, and contributing to the development of scalable HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-house HR expert for Switzerland, managing all complex people-related matters for EOR employees.
  • Own and drive the EOR employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
  • Provide a high level of support to EOR employees, acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support, including report generation, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
  • Deliver a high-touch local experience where required and assist product and operations teams in creating scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Local HR qualifications and certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German, French, or Italian.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
  • Data-driven approach, challenging the status quo and striving to improve response times and employee experience.
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus.
