As an HR Generalist, Field Support at Sur La Table, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our retail teams across the country. You’ll be the go-to partner for district managers, store managers, and HR leadership helping them navigate employee relations, compliance, and operational processes with confidence. This role is about fostering positive employee experience, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, and providing solutions that keep our teams engaged and our operations compliant. You’ll combine your HR expertise with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver exceptional support where it’s needed most. You will report directly to the HR Manager, Operations, and work closely with a passionate, collaborative HR team committed to delivering excellence to our retail organization. This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.
