Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience administering HRIS platforms, preferably in high-growth or global environments, with strong hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting, excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, and clear, collaborative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Experience with Workday administration, including multiple modules, familiarity with HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, experience with HRIS integrations and data governance best practices, and an understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations are also required.
The HRIS Manager will serve as the primary administrator for Workday, managing its configuration, security, workflows, and integrations. They will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to design and implement scalable, efficient processes within the HRIS, and build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities also include evaluating, testing, and implementing new features, modules, and system updates, developing and delivering training resources and user guides, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, and coordinating with Workday and third-party vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
