Requirements

A minimum of four years of human resource experience, including at least two years of recruitment experience and one year using an HRIS, is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience with Paylocity is also a plus. Strong attention to detail, precise data entry, thorough documentation skills, effective time management while working remotely, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist will draft offer letters and other personnel documentation, answer HR-related inquiries from employees, and manage engagement activities. This role also involves leading recruitment efforts for corporate/support positions, performing orientations for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, processing employee changes, and conducting various audits such as training status, I-9 compliance, and wage acknowledgment forms.
