Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HRBP, talent development, or Learning and Development, with a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred. Familiarity with competency models and experience supporting their implementation is a plus, as is experience supporting global teams or working in a matrixed environment. Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with business acumen, excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to interpret and act on talent metrics.

Responsibilities

The Talent Specialist will deliver tools, content, and workshops to build employee and manager capabilities aligned with the Model N Competency Model. They will champion and support the integration and adoption of the competency model, partner with People Centers of Excellence and business teams for consistent talent initiative delivery, and provide coaching to employees. Responsibilities also include managing and analyzing talent-related data, supporting the logistics and execution of talent programs like onboarding and employee events, and partnering with Talent Business Partners to support the US population.
