Requirements

Responsibilities

The Head of Sales Planning will provide business performance reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. They will support the Sales Head in the analysis, planning, and execution of sales strategies. Managing the sales calendar, budgeting, and incentive schemes is crucial. The role involves overseeing sales processes, coaching, and performance improvement. Conducting sales audits and ensuring compliance with regional priorities is required. They will drive Salesforce.com adoption, ensure data accuracy, and utilize automation tools. Leading customer allocation and channel optimization exercises, as well as providing Salesforce.com admin support and user management, are key duties. Additionally, they will develop and execute sales training programs with regional teams and manage the Sales Operations team to ensure timely execution of projects and reports.
