Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new security distributors to build out Chamberlain Group’s access control strategy for the Community and Facility end-user segments.
  • Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the security distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects.
  • Support dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with Chamberlain Group’s New Business Development team and National Integrator team.
  • Represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows, councils, and networking events.
  • Facilitate trainings for distributor’s sales teams, specifications teams, their dealers, and Chamberlain Group’s direct dealers.
  • Support implementation of go-to-market strategies developed by Chamberlain Group’s product marketing, engineering, business development, and new product development teams.
  • Build competitive product knowledge to position the value of Chamberlain Group’s portfolio.
  • Track and record all distribution activities and sales opportunities in SalesForce.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
