The Senior Director, Performance Creative will oversee the development, testing, scaling, and systemization of creative campaigns to drive performance for Wpromote’s clients. They will lead a cross-functional team, shape the future of performance creative, and contribute to new business proposals and RFP responses. The role involves partnering with the team to build Statements of Work (SOWs), setting strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment with client and business goals. Additionally, this position will require collaborating with the team to build out creative strategies and deliver exceptional results.
