Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems, with a master's degree or equivalent experience being ideal. A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, Go-To-Market systems, or Sales/Channel operations is required. Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives across CRM, CPQ, PRM, CLM, MDM, CDP, and cloud-native architectures, particularly within high-growth SaaS and subscription commerce environments, is essential. Deep hands-on expertise with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud), AWS technologies, and Zuora CPQ/subscription billing is necessary, along with proven ability to integrate systems across the full revenue stack (ERP, billing, data platforms). Extensive understanding of modern Sales and Partner operating models, including quota & territory management, lead-to-cash, and incentive compensation, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Head of GTM Applications Delivery will drive the Go-To-Market applications roadmap with senior leaders to deliver scalable systems for sales, compensation, quote-to-cash, partners, M&A, and core Go-To-Market capabilities. This role involves partnering with senior Go-To-Market leaders across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to define and deliver scalable systems supporting critical revenue functions such as sales planning, quotas, bookings, compensation automation, quote-to-cash processes, enterprise deal management, and partner program automation, with additional focus on M&A Go-To-Market integrations and core capabilities. Responsibilities include translating complex technical and operational concepts into clear executive-level communications, managing delivery across intake, design, agile development, testing, release, and change management for key Go-To-Market platforms, and leading the architecture and implementation of solutions including Salesforce, CPQ/CLM, partner portals, cloud-native apps, quote-to-cash automation, and customer data management. The role also entails acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, establishing governance frameworks, aligning business and technical teams, leading and developing a high-performing global team of product managers, solution architects, and engineers, and enabling agentic-AI powered automations while partnering with Analytics teams to unlock insights and ensure clean, structured data.
