Requirements

Candidates must be proven technology leaders with experience in strategy and execution, capable of balancing long-term innovation with day-to-day operational excellence. Experience leading teams across IT, DevOps, and SRE is required, along with a strong understanding of AI adoption strategies and strengthening technology stack resilience. A background in designing and managing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS is essential, as is knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and managing IT/infrastructure budgets is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The VP of Technology Operations and Automation will develop and execute a comprehensive technology operations strategy aligned with business goals, balancing tactical execution with long-term initiatives. They will provide leadership in designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure, championing best practices in automation and operational excellence. This role involves leading and mentoring Technology Operations and SRE teams, establishing monitoring and incident response processes, and defining/executing the AI adoption strategy. Responsibilities also include overseeing IT systems, DevOps, and AWS cloud operations, partnering with Security & Compliance, optimizing infrastructure, collaborating with product teams, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and driving process improvement and innovation across technology operations.
