Candidates must have over 8 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or data/AI infrastructure. A proven track record of building scalable pipeline-generation programs across digital, field, and partner channels is essential. A strong analytical mindset with fluency in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance optimization is required, along with experience building alignment with Sales and influencing cross-functional partners. Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools is necessary. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, being both strategic and execution-oriented, is also crucial. Experience with PLG or hybrid go-to-market models, ABM platforms and tactics, and a strong understanding of the buyer journey for data infrastructure or AI tooling are considered nice to have.
The Head of Digital Marketing will own the global demand generation strategy, channels, and budget. This role involves developing integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline through both inbound and outbound motions. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales to align on ICP, lead quality, account targeting, and ABM initiatives. Optimizing performance across paid media, website, email, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and events through continuous testing and iteration is key. Building and managing reporting to track campaign performance and ROI, and communicating results and insights to leadership are also important duties. Collaboration with Product Marketing to ensure message-market fit and consistent execution across the funnel, as well as managing and scaling the demand generation team, tools, and agency partners, are also part of the role.
