Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, with a track record of owning demand generation strategies that directly drove pipeline and revenue. Proven success partnering with enterprise sales teams, translating GTM goals into high-impact campaigns that convert leads into opportunities and closed deals is required. Expertise in CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred), with hands-on ownership of lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems is necessary. The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in high growth environments, excels at creating programs from scratch and scaling systems that drive measurable pipeline, takes initiative, moves quickly, and prioritizes what drives revenue.

Responsibilities

The Senior Demand Generation Manager will own and execute Wagmo’s B2B demand generation strategy to build sustained, predictable pipeline and increase marketing’s contribution to revenue. This includes managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across events, partnerships, paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social to drive efficient top-of-funnel growth. Responsibilities also include establishing Wagmo as an industry thought leader by developing and overseeing content programs, building and maintaining outbound playbooks, persona-driven messaging frameworks, and sales enablement resources. The role involves driving growth through distribution channel partnerships, owning strategy and pilots with new partners, and developing an experimentation roadmap with A/B testing. Additionally, the manager will engineer the B2B marketing ops engine with lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems, and rigorously analyze and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
