The ideal candidate will have experience building go-to-market strategies from scratch, expertise in enterprise B2B sales with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles, and proven success in building go-to-market programs with tech partners. Cross-functional leadership skills are essential, and experience in AI/ML sales, technical consulting, or the cloud partner ecosystem (AWS, Google, Azure) is preferred. Prior experience scaling revenue at a technical startup is also a plus.
This role involves fixing sales conversion rates by improving the SAL to SQL conversion from 24% to 50% and building effective methodologies for complex AI deals. The Head of AI Revenue & Partnerships will create strategic joint go-to-market programs with major cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure to generate pipeline and build a scalable revenue engine for partner-sourced pipeline, attribution, and sales processes. Additionally, they will support direct sales efforts to scale beyond founder-led sales while maintaining quality.
