Requirements

5-10+ years in operations management, ideally in healthcare or a highly regulated space, and ideally within compliance or audit operations
Ability to maintain accreditation requirements (policies, logs, training, disaster plans, environment of care)
Ability to lead mock surveys and corrective actions
Ability to manage state DMEPOS licenses, renewals, expansions, and relocations
Ability to manage NPIs, PTANs, revalidations in PECOS, surety bonds, and CLIA if applicable
Ability to track expirations and filings with no lapses
Ability to manage compliance requirements for downstream entities and within partnerships
Ability to deliver training to front line teams
Ability to implement simple audits to confirm adoption
Ability to hire and coach a small team (licensing & compliance coordinator, QA analyst)
Ability to implement lightweight dashboards

Responsibilities

Own the machinery that keeps the company compliant with CMS and payors
Design, run, and build a small team
Deliver accurate, on time, zero defect execution
Maintain accreditation requirements
Lead mock surveys and corrective actions
