Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in a fast-growing SaaS company, with expert experience in GTM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or alternatives like Metabase, Clay, Cargo, Outreach, and Pocus, alongside expertise in SQL, data warehouses, and data schemas. They should be comfortable navigating details and larger concepts, and demonstrate the ability to handle uncertainty, adjust priorities, and make decisions with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

As a GTM Systems & Data hire, you will be responsible for scaling Linear’s technology stack to support growth, ideating new go-to-market motions, helping the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion, and working cross-functionally to keep leaders and departments aligned with plans. You will also execute plans to scale from PLG to PLS, and work on setting up pipeline infrastructure across the data warehouse for ingestion into GTM systems.
