As a GTM Systems & Data hire, you will be responsible for optimizing our existing technology stack for efficiency and scalability. You will also work with data, setting up pipeline infrastructure within our data warehouse for ingestion into our GTM systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Expert experience with GTM systems, including:
    • HubSpot / Salesforce or alternative
    • Metabase or alternative
    • Clay / Cargo or alternative
    • Outreach or alternative
    • Pocus or alternative
  • Expert experience with SQL, data warehousing, and data schema.
  • Comfortable oscillating between the details and larger concepts.
  • Ability to handle uncertainty, adjust priorities, and make decisions with good judgment and common sense.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and find ways to scale our Product-Led Growth (PLG) to Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions.
  • Ideate new ways to go to market.
  • Help the business make data-informed decisions through analysis and discussion.
  • Work cross-functionally to keep leaders and departments informed and aligned with plans.
