The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce instance for the Commercial team. This includes designing and building workflows, automation, validation rules, and page layouts, as well as supporting integrated workflows with other systems. The role involves collaborating with Product Development and various stakeholders to ensure scalable platform governance and translating business needs into system capabilities. Key duties also include managing data integrity, enabling data access through reports and dashboards, providing support and training to users, and driving the roadmap for Salesforce usage and GTM systems strategy.
