Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in IT, GTM Systems Operations, or a related technical field, with proven expertise in system design, architecture, and integration. Hands-on admin-level experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Partner Community is required, along with strong knowledge of middleware platforms like Workato and familiarity with key GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, Drift, Marketo, and ZoomInfo. Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

The GTM Systems Architect will lead the design and development of scalable Go-To-Market systems and processes, defining the architectural vision and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and associated platforms. This role involves architecting and executing integrations with third-party applications, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions. The architect will also partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed product data into GTM systems, assess and implement new technologies, advise senior leadership on architectural trade-offs, and proactively resolve technical challenges to ensure system performance and scalability.
