Requirements

The candidate should have over 10 years of experience in Strategic Program Management, GTM Operations, Management Consulting, or Business Transformation roles within high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology companies. A deep understanding of GTM motions and the lead-to-cash lifecycle is essential, along with demonstrated success in leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives. Experience with both internal operational programs and externally facing programs is required, as are exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Experience working across multiple systems and platforms is also necessary, with a preference for AI integration experience.

Responsibilities

The Hyperscaler GTM Operations Director will lead and execute priority GTM programs supporting Hyperscaler pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales execution. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams to drive operational efficiency and commercial impact. Responsibilities include managing workstreams within broader enterprise programs, developing and managing program roadmaps, timelines, resourcing, risks, and stakeholder communication plans. The director will also support governance frameworks, reporting, and dashboards, identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and partner with Finance, Systems, and Product teams to support execution of initiatives impacting the Hyperscaler GTM motion.
