The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or business operations, with a strong preference for data-heavy roles. Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasets from sources like Salesforce, product usage, and marketing funnels are essential. Strong experience with Looker and other BI tools for dashboard creation, along with expertise in Salesforce CRM data querying and interpretation, is required. Business acumen and experience partnering with SaaS sales and marketing leaders to address Go-to-Market challenges are also necessary. The role demands proven project management skills from problem framing to delivery, excellent communication and data storytelling abilities, and a data-first mindset with a passion for analytical rigor. Curiosity, proactivity, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to align stakeholders and drive change are key attributes. Familiarity with LookML is a plus.
This role will lead end-to-end Go-to-Market analytics, translating business questions into actionable insights. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports in Looker and Salesforce to track key sales metrics like pipeline health and conversion rates. The analyst will conduct deep-dive analyses using Salesforce, Snowflake, and product data to identify growth opportunities and performance issues, and develop forecasting, territory planning, and segmentation models. Collaboration with Data Science for model refinement and with RevOps for Salesforce data integrity is expected. The Lead Business Operations Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders, influencing decisions through clear and concise data communication, supporting OKR planning, and helping to shape a data-first operating cadence by defining KPIs and leading performance reviews.
