Job Description: GTM Program Manager

Salary: $120K - $180K Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 200 countries. Over 10,000 companies, ranging from small businesses to large organizations like Google, MIT, and United Way, have used Tremendous to send over $1 billion, saving an average of 15 hours per month.

We are a fully remote company with a high-documentation, low-meeting culture, prioritizing efficiency, flexibility, and fulfillment in both our product and workplace. This structure allows more time for what matters in both professional and personal life.

Our customers, including marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, praise Tremendous for its ease of use, as reflected in G2 ratings. Behind this simplicity lies significant complexity, including over 2,000 redemption options and extensive banking infrastructure, making Tremendous an engaging place to work.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

Responsibilities

Sales is scaling faster than our formal enablement and product-marketing capacity. This role requires a single owner to focus the team, drive Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, and ship the assets needed to close deals.

  • Build and run the GTM program roadmap.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft positioning and collateral, then translate it into rep-ready enablement (playbooks, talk tracks, WorkRamp paths).
  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives (pricing changes, new Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) rollouts, tool implementations) to completion.
  • Instrument success: define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), set up dashboards, and iterate.
  • Own onboarding and continuous education for Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), measuring time-to-first-deal and win-rate lift.
  • Act as a "mini-Chief-of-Staff" to the Revenue Organization: surface risks, propose experiments, and keep leadership unblocked.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and training techniques.
  • Ability to leverage data to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.
  • Strong written communication skills. We are a documentation-first culture.
  • Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to design compelling and well-structured sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers).
  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for individuals who default to waiting for instructions.
  • High empathy. You care about your teammates and our users, and can put yourself in their shoes.

What’s Cool About the Role

  • Make Your Mark: This is our first GTM program management hire.
  • Direct Impact: You’ll have a direct and measurable impact on the success of a fast-growing, profitable company.
  • Career Growth: We are profitable with significant opportunity ahead, which bodes well for your career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive pay, equity, and benefits. The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000.
  • Flexibility: We're a fully remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.
  • Culture: We have smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.
