Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or a similar role with a strong track record of driving revenue growth. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs for sales teams is essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement technologies.
As the Lead, Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive enablement programs for the Growth organization, including facilitating training sessions, establishing metrics, and developing sales playbooks. You will also collaborate closely with the entire Growth team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed, as well as create ongoing training programs for new team members and any future sales-related teams.
