Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into system specifications for platforms like CPQ, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or ERP is essential. Demonstrated ability in backlog management, creating detailed user stories, managing system release cycles (including UAT and OCM), and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders is required, along with a strong understanding of sales processes, product launch lifecycles, and commercial best practices. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are also necessary.
The Global Commercial Operations Program Manager will manage the end-to-end release cycle for quarterly system enhancements on core commercial platforms, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and developing Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies.
