We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Staff/Senior Staff, Global Commercial Capabilities Program Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our commercial operations by ensuring our systems and processes effectively support our global growth initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving both the initial setup for new product launches and the ongoing evolution of our core commercial systems.

Responsibilities

Quarterly Release Management for System Enhancements

  • Manage the end-to-end release cycle for quarterly system enhancements, focusing on core commercial platforms.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure thorough testing and validation of new features and functionalities.
  • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to ensure smooth adoption of system changes, including communication plans, training materials, and support frameworks.
  • Facilitate robust stakeholder coordination across various departments (e.g., commercial operations, IT, regional field operations, field teams) to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and resolve issues throughout the release lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on release progress, risks, and successful deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of system improvements.

Commercial Enablement

  • Assist in the intake of requirements for new product introductions and other commercial initiatives, collaborating closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand launch strategies and their impact on commercial systems (e.g., CPQ, Opportunity Management).
  • Contribute to the backlog management process for system enhancements, helping to prioritize and refine requirements based on business value and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Commercial Capability Owners to translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and readiness for development.
  • Help define and refine process maps and functional specifications to guide system configurations and enhancements.
  • Ensure system designs align with global commercial strategies, optimize user experience, and drive operational efficiency for new offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on commercial operations, sales enablement, or business systems.
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into system specifications for platforms such as CPQ, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or ERP.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with backlog management and create detailed user stories for system development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing system release cycles, including UAT, OCM, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, product launch lifecycles, and commercial best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
