They require deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (Admin certification preferred), Marketo, Outreach, FinancialForce, Zendesk, and related systems, along with SQL proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
As a Senior GTM Systems Manager, you will own the GTM Systems Strategy & Roadmap, designing and maintaining a scalable architecture across various tools; lead end-to-end projects from design to implementation; drive automation and AI-powered workflows across the funnel; design and maintain data queries, workflows, and dashboards for reporting; partner with GTM leadership to map processes and identify efficiency improvements; manage GTM technology vendors, budgets, and contracts; and serve as a strategic advisor to cross-functional stakeholders.
