Responsibilities

Own strategic initiatives focused on scaling Hive’s growth across the organization, including generating and executing high-impact initiatives
Assist the executive team with process improvements, effective reporting, productivity goals, and high-impact ad hoc projects
Engage with leaders across all teams, including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations
Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the sales organization
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity
Manage sales tech stack, evaluate new tools, and optimize CRM processes for data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy
Analyze customer usage metrics and synthesize feedback to identify value propositions for growing existing accounts
Define and refine customer support workflows, including timeline routing and resolution for enterprise accounts
Create customer onboarding collateral and conduct onboarding calls to accelerate time-to-value
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging and positioning
