Responsibilities
- Own strategic initiatives focused on scaling Hive’s growth across the organization, including generating and executing high-impact initiatives
- Assist the executive team with process improvements, effective reporting, productivity goals, and high-impact ad hoc projects
- Engage with leaders across all teams, including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, and Operations
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across the sales organization
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and propose data-driven solutions to improve conversion rates and sales productivity
- Manage sales tech stack, evaluate new tools, and optimize CRM processes for data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy
- Analyze customer usage metrics and synthesize feedback to identify value propositions for growing existing accounts
- Define and refine customer support workflows, including timeline routing and resolution for enterprise accounts
- Create customer onboarding collateral and conduct onboarding calls to accelerate time-to-value
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including messaging and positioning
