Requirements

At least 5+ years in a senior strategy, growth, or operations leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience leading cross-functional growth programs

Responsibilities

Partner across the business to develop a structured, data-driven approach for uncovering new growth opportunities
Develop the operating rhythm that supports high-value, sustainable partnerships that drive top-line revenue growth
Facilitate cross-functional alignment, ensuring all operational, technical, financial, and customer implications are fully understood
Translate strategy into execution by building operating plans, defining success metrics, and guiding initiatives from concept through launch
Identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics that unlock new value creation
Work across the business on the development of rigorous business cases, including market sizing, strategic rationale, financial modeling, and customer validation
Ensure initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and in a way that drives measurable top-line impact
Establish scalable frameworks to monitor, optimize, and expand successful initiatives
Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations
