Candidates are required to possess 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy and managing programs within the IT industry, along with fluency in English and the ability to build and develop strategic business relationships. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with individuals at all levels, and a self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive approach is also needed.
The Global Program Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers, driving the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans, ensuring execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies. They will also drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities, lead stakeholder management sessions, keep management abreast of business dynamics through open communication, collaborate with the sales team to understand business trends and forecasts, provide market intelligence and competitive watch, evaluate and develop market-specific sales strategies, and closely work with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPI’s and ensuring sales and technical teams are enabled with the go-to-market strategy, and participating in a sales compensation plan with a portion of OTE tied to specific sales goals.
