Responsibilities

The Horizontal Solutions Strategic Initiatives Manager will lead new initiatives to support organizational growth, run the business, incubate new growth ideas, and bring together cross-functional GTM leaders. Responsibilities include GTM strategy planning, insights building, business performance reviews, developing quarterly and annual updates for leadership, driving strategic planning, executive decision support, cross-functional leadership, communication, and team enablement. The role involves translating executive vision into actionable plans, leading strategic projects, driving end-to-end management for key initiatives, developing recommendations, and helping prioritize projects and allocate resources. The manager will also prepare briefing materials, act as an advisor to the leadership team, facilitate decision-making, coordinate efforts across departments, improve operational excellence, own rhythm-of-business activities, craft executive messaging, manage stakeholder communications, and represent the executive in meetings when needed.
