Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineering Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for the engineering organization, managing and mentoring approximately 10 mid and senior-level engineers. This role involves supporting team leads to improve delivery, collaboration, and execution across four engineering squads. Responsibilities include maturing engineering practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automation, driving quality initiatives, strengthening cross-squad collaboration, and partnering with DevOps, QA, and Release functions. The manager will also facilitate technical discussions, participate in hiring and performance management, foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver customer value.
