Candidates must possess 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in strategic marketing plan creation. Experience in the IT sector is required, along with a proven track record in developing demand generation programs for multi-persona buying groups and multi-tactic campaigns for multi-region execution using digital marketing, field marketing, and Account Based Marketing techniques. Experience in developing marketing plans for and through channel ecosystem partners is also necessary. Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, are essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders is crucial.
The Global Marketing Strategist will develop, plan, and lead the execution of global marketing strategies and experiences targeting both partner ecosystem audiences and end customers, utilizing modern marketing capabilities. Responsibilities include executing global demand generation to build pipeline, liaising with global and regional marketing teams to foster collaboration, and monitoring global campaign KPIs and results to communicate regularly to stakeholders. The strategist will also own the global marketing budget to deliver ROI, analyze and articulate campaign effectiveness and metrics, propose creative ideas for campaign impact, and manage and govern regional marketing campaign budget requests and spend to ensure alignment with global frameworks and business plans.
