Candidates must have proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity, with a strong track record in net new demand generation and cross-sell/upsell. A strong track record of developing and executing successful, large-scale marketing campaigns is essential.
The Manager, Global Campaigns will be responsible for the overarching vision, planning, and direction of global marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and upsell. This includes developing and owning the global campaign strategy and execution plan, managing the campaign roadmap with a focus on growth bets and experiments, and overseeing the global campaigns budget and resource allocation. The role involves leading, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing professionals, serving as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding campaign performance and strategic direction, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance against key metrics. Additionally, the manager will collaborate closely with product marketing, content, and field marketing, and lead tiger teams to address urgent business opportunities, embodying a 'one global standard, local adaptation' approach.
