The Senior CRM Marketing Manager will lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across the customer journey. This involves working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams globally to design, implement, and monitor campaigns. Responsibilities include evaluating campaign effectiveness, refining strategies, reporting on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs, providing insights for optimization, and ensuring alignment on strategies and customer experience across the entire lifecycle. The role also involves championing operational excellence by tracking SLAs and ensuring campaign delivery efficiencies, as well as participating in ad-hoc projects to support new business initiatives.
